Return Policy

Return/refund conditions


You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be accepted for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags and in its original packaging. We do not accept a returned item that has been opened, damaged or altered in any way.

Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at contact@marian-store.com. Please do not return the lenses according to the return address on the package, as we are unable to receive them there.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

damage and problems


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or you receive the wrong item, and provide us with clear pictures of the faulty item so that we can assess the problem and correct it. We can replace it after checking.

Please don't throw away lenses and lens packages before your issue is resolved. We have several different packages, while the lens color of different packages may be different.

Warning:


1. Please check if the items are damaged or wrong color before you open them.
2. Each order has only one after-sales privilege.
3. Replacement, return or refund is not available if the color is not what you expect/want when the product is correct or the parameters you ordered are not suitable for your eyes.


Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishables (such as food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



Return/refund process


1. Please send an email to contact@marian-store.com first and we will reply to you as soon as possible.
Tell us the details of your order in the email: your name, order number and reason.
Please do not return the lenses according to the return address on the package, as we are unable to receive them there.

2. Put the items in the original packaging.
The return of the product is allowed if the packaging is in good condition and the product is not opened so that it does not influence the second sale.
3. Leave your package with your carrier.
Please provide the tracking number and website to track logistics information after you return the package to us

4. We receive your return package.
We will check whether the package is in good condition or not once we receive the returned package, and then we will arrange the refund to your account according to the return conditions.


We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund as well.
